Open Letter to Senators Dianne Feinstein, Barbra Boxer and Representative Jane Harman

Dear Senator Feinstein,


Eleven Questions:

1 - Why was Van Jones, a self identified Communist, a Truther and an America hater given a White House clearance and one-on-one access to the President and his staff? Was Mr. Jones fully vetted by the Secret Service or the FBI? Does this apparent deviation from traditional vetting procedure concern you?

2 - Other czars; Carol Browner is member of The Socialist International, Robert Holdern supports forced abortion and sterilzation, several other Presidential confidantes are tied to organizations with an agendas that seek to replace traditional American individualism and innovation. Does this concern you?

3 - Does the circumvention of of the Advise and Consent role of Congress posed by this rapid  and un supervised proliferation of 'czars' in the White House concern you?

4 - In light of his history of his catastrophic currency manipulation (France, Great Britain) do George Soros' connections to the White House and many Democrat politicians concern you?

5 - Does TIDES Foundation support of organizations invested in reducing American influence in the world concern you?

6 - Timothy Geithner, Secretary of the Treasury avoided paying taxes on a portion of his income for a period of years. This has been brushed-off as an oversight - a mere 'tax faux-pas'. Charles Rangel has repeatedly avoided paying taxes during various years on various transactions. And continues to do so. Rangel too is reapeatedly 'given a pass'. Does it concern you that a Cabinet Officer sworn to uphold The Constitution  who presides over the IRS and a Congressman entrusted with writing our tax codes may have delliberately attempted to evade paying taxes? Shouldn't those in the 'Inside the Beltway Power Elite' be treated by the IRS in the same fasthion reserved for less propitiously connected citizens?

7 - Does it concern you that The President has long histories with people like Van Jones, William Ayers, Rev. Wright and organizations like Acorn and the SEIU some of whose hierarchy are under investigation for fraudulent activity and under RICO indictments for organized crime involvement. Further does it concern you that ACORN is to receive $8,500 million (8.5 billion) in stimulus funds?

8 - Does it concern you that the roles of Rep. Barney Frank and Senator Christopher Dodd and Franklin Raines in the collapse of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac have not been investigated? Does Senator Dodd's (and others') sweetheart mortgage deals from Angelo Mozilo concern you?

9- Does it concern you that in 2008, The New York Times was strongarmed into cancelling a series of investigative articles on ACORN? Does it concern you that in June, 2009 House Judiciary Committee Chairman John Conyers Jr was similarly coerced into dropping a Congressional investigation of Acorn?

10 - Does it concern you that the Apollo Alliance (Local NY representative is Weather Underground co/founder Jeff Jones) was apparently tasked with writing the stimulus bills?

11 - It is my impression that our President seems to have no past other than that which has been sanitized and approved by his handlers. Where is his college work? Where are his lesson plans as a law professor? Who is this man? This friend of Bill Ayers, Jeff Jones, Rev. Jeremiah Wright, Van Jones, and variously descrbied as counsel/educator to Acorn in Illinois? Are you concerned about who our President seems choose as 'friends'? There seem to be many who do not like our country and do not support The Constitution or our way of life. Doesn't this worry you?
